All Book Sales

These conditons are laid out by the supplier.

All books are shipped straight from the supplier. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

All orders are supplied firm sale, no return unless defective, errors and ommissions excepted.

Books and CD-ROMs purchased online may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned books will be accepted only if the titles are in as new condition. Returned CD-ROMs must be unopened.

All items remain the legal property of the vendor until paid for in full. It is not possible to cover every eventuality in the 'small print' ; if you would like any further information please let us know. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our business terms.

Please note that the UK VAT rate for books is 0% ; there is no Value Added Tax on books.

My Surplus Stock

Please note that i do not post any of my fish, they are COLLECTION ONLY from the Lancashire area.

I no longer reserve my fish due to other selling outlets, they are sold on a "first come first serve" basis. If you have contacted me and agreed to purchase some of my fish but have not collected them by the agreed time and day then i shall sell them to the next buyer.

All fish purchased become the responsibility of the buyer once they have left my tanks. I will ensure all of my fish are in good health and eating well upon sale.

Cash on collection only, i accept no other forms of payment for my fish or aquatic items.
