The random images on the Homepage are displayed using JavaScript as are the advertisments. To view these correctly JavaScript must be enabled in your browser.
Upgrading your browser or installing new security software or patches may affect your JavaScript settings. It is a good idea to double-check that JavaScript is still enabled if you notice problems. Additionally, if your JavaScript setting is set to 'Prompt', you may encounter a warning about downloading potentially dangerous scripts.
If you are still experiencing problems after ensuring that JavaScript is enabled in your browser, please check if you have any personal firewall or security software installed.

I am aware of the problem with displaying ISP's on some pages. Your ISP has still been logged and even though it has not been displayed it will still be visable on all corrospondents. Hopefully this problem will be resolved soon.
